…to understand exactly what their voice is, and how to use it. We’re a tight-knit, creative crew in Malta — designers, marketers and writers who get a kick out of making brands impossible to ignore.
The top dogs
Michela lives, breathes and dreams marketing. She is, without a shadow of a doubt, the most organised member of the team, like the lovechild of a Swiss watch and a senior project manager. Her clean, crisp, numbered folders and clouds are truly things of beauty. Her hobbies include travelling, tennis, and tidying up her colleagues’ inboxes.
She’s our lead designer with an eye for aesthetics that she claims she got from her mama and a set of pipes that will knock your socks off. This lead singer of a local band describes herself as loyal, creative and hungry. Her favourite tipple is a good glass of red, either to enjoy looking glammed up in the city or to have in her PJs whilst watching a good romcom.
Becky worked as a specialist teacher for ten years before taking on the most challenging role of her life: motherhood. She has always had a love affair with words, but a content-writing course is what gave her the push to take it to the next level. She is a self-confessed grammar nazi and is unnaturally excited by Pocket Coffee chocolates.

We love working side by side in the physical realm that is our gorgeous space, but if emergency calls and you need to work from home, we’ve got your back. We will be flexible if ever you need us to be.
Spoiler alert – it’s bright and yellow like the sun, but dang does it give us joy. There’s a big ol’ desk basking in glorious daylight with your name on it.
Whatever it is we do, we make it a point to get together. Sometimes there’s trash talk and heated competition; other times there’s something delicious and high in calories. We switch it up.
This is an ever-changing world and we want to be at the top of our game, but even more importantly, we need to stay driven. We’ve allocated time and funds to our team’s learning.
